School Holiday Activities

The Library will be holding a variety of children’s school holiday activities from Monday 15th until Saturday 27th April 2024.

With activities ranging from learning how to play chess, Painting, a Lego challenge, making a Rainbow Mobile, Arts & Craft Lucky Dip, Learn VR and Saturday Splat!, there will be something to keep kids of all ages occupied. In addition, regular BabyBounce will be held at on Tuesday Mornings.

Why not come in and spend some time exploring the library. While you are there check out the amazing items you can borrow for free with your library card. If you aren’t a member, it only takes a few minutes to join.

All activities are free and numbers are limited - bookings are essential.

Monday, 15th from 10:30am-12:30pm: Learn how to play Chess

Tuesday 16th at 2pm: Paint on Canvas

Wednesday 17th: Learn VR (30-minute session)

Thursday 18th at 2pm: Make a Rainbow Mobile

Friday 19th: Arts & Craft Lucky Dip

Saturday 20th from 10am-11:45pm: Saturday Splat!

Monday 22nd at 2pm: LEGO Challenge

Tuesday 3rd at 2pm: Splat! Paint Your Pet or Favorite Animal

Wednesday 24th: Learn VR (30-minute session)

Friday 26th: Arts & Craft Lucky Dip

Saturday 27th from 10am-11:45pm: Saturday Splat!

VR, Board games and LEGO will also be available at all times.

An Adult supervisor is required for all children.
